Rewoven is a sacred monthly circle where women gather to reconnect, reflect, and remember who they are...beneath the roles, expectations, and noise of the world.

Whether you’re a mother, maiden, or simply a woman navigating the tender, transformative seasons of life, through motherhood, identity shifts, or soulful rebirths, this is a space for your expression and healing.

The ReWoven Way

Each 90-minute circle includes:

  • Guided rituals & grounding practices

  • Soulful themes to guide our evening (e.g., Worthiness, Inner Mother, Softness)

  • Story sharing, sisterhood, and safe space holding

  • Intuitive flow and co-creation

  • We gather monthly to sit in circle, breathe deeply, and remember: you don’t have to walk this path alone.

Grace Leeming

Matrescence Mentor, Energetics guide & Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner (in training)

She is the founder of The Blossoming Collective - a business birthed from her own motherhood journey where she lacked the resources and support she deeply needed, so set about to create a sacred space to guide mothers and women through healing, reconnection, and the reclamation of self.

A devoted mother, breathwork facilitator (in training), matrescence educator, and multi-modality guide, she brings deep compassion and lived experience to her work. Her offerings are rooted in the belief that motherhood is not the end of your identity... it is the beginning of your becoming.

Through Rebirthing Breathwork, energy healing, nervous system support, and soulful ceremony, she supports women to shed old patterns, soften into their truth, and reweave a life aligned with who they truly are.

Her approach is intuitive, earthy, and empowering, honouring the seasons of womanhood and the sacred spiral of transformation.
